1. Players are responsible for knowing the list of bugs on MTG Arena. The list of bugs can be found here. If a bug would cause the client to not function, the organizer will issue a game loss to the offending party.
2. Players are also responsible for their own internet and hardware.
3. The organizer is in no way liable for issues caused within the client.
4. Due to the relative recency of the Timeless format, unfortunately decklists must be entered under the Freeform category in Melee. Players are responsible for making sure their decklists are legal for the Timeless format. Please pay close attention to your submission, as there is a zero tolerance policy for decklist errors. Decklist registration errors will will result in a game loss.
5. Tardiness - a game loss will be issued if a player shows up later than 5 minutes to their match; at 10 minutes, this penalty is upgraded to a match loss
6. Individual player communications will be handled in the Creator Clash Discord server (https://discord.com/invite/Sw8DHk7g). Players MUST join the Discord to facilitate coverage and other communications.

The organizer has agreed to pay out prizes in 14 days or less.

Prizes are as follows:

1st - $400 2nd - $200 3rd/4th - $100 5th-8th - $50

*The prize structure above is guaranteed. Additional prizes will be awarded, scaling with attendance after 50 entries. Prizing is subject to change. Changes, if any, will be announced at the beginning of the player meeting.
